This is so pretty and dreamy! I love the colors, those are beautiful color washes right there! and how it looks with the black and white dots. The linework, too, is really nicely done. 
I love how it's thicker in places, like near the end of the tail. Awesome texturing on the whale with the darker spots. 
And there's a cute, tiny, red heart near the top of the painting!
